Our portfolio is now composed of advanced software solutions for Blood Centers, Plasma Centers, Transfusion Services, Reference Labs, Cell Therapy Labs, Cord Blood Bank and Tissue Banks.

Measurement and Reporting
MAK-SYSTEM manages ESG via an annual process of priority setting, measurement, benchmarking and monitoring, looking to do more and expand the scope year on year.
We do this in partnership with Anthesis (Sustainability Consultancy - Anthesis Group), a leading ESG firm that provides strategic advice and independent monitoring and benchmarking.
We have assigned responsibility for ESG to a member of our executive leadership team with a direct reporting line to the CEO.

The MAK-SYSTEM leadership team brings global experience drawing on best practice from multiple sectors. We are purpose-led, entrepreneurial and hands-on with a proven track record in growing the business. We bring world-leading domain expertise to increase stakeholder value and deliver customer outcomes by leading a digital transformation and introducing modern engineering practices.
Frank Jaubert
Frank Jaubert is responsible for MAK SYSTEMS strategy development and execution and overall company performance.
He has held senior-level positions at J&J Medical Devices, GE Healthcare, Boston Scientific and Cerner. Frank is an innovative, entrepreneurial and commercially oriented leader who has also created, grown and ultimately sold, earlier in his career, his own digital healthcare solution business.
Romain Pollak
Romain Pollak, CFO, is responsible for ensuring the financial health of MAK-SYSTEM, enabling the business to deliver its short- and long-term financial goals and driving the value creation for all MAK-SYSTEM stakeholders.
Romain has over 20 years experience in senior Finance and operational roles, including 16 years experience at GE followed by CFO and COO experience in entrepreneurial and scale-up high growth businesses. Romain brings a expertise, best practice and rigour from his time at GE, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, with pace and action
Romain holds a Master of Science from HEC Paris.
Difa Niculescu
Difa Niculescu is responsible for building our products and platforms and driving innovation through the technology underpining MAK SYSTEMS products.
Difa has significant technology experience across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Travel and Technology industries from start-ups and private equity acquisitions to FTSE100 multinational organiszations.
Difa is passionate about driving transformation utilizing best-of-breed technologies and adopting practices such as Agile, Product Management, Public Cloud and Infrastructure as Code.
Difa holds a Master of Science in Information Technology for Business Management from Kingston University London.
Lisa Frisch
Lisa Frisch is MAK-SYSTEMS Chief People Officer responsible for MAK-SYSTEMS People and ESG agenda.
Lisa has over 20 years experience in large established multinational corporations as well as PE backed businesses with a rapid growth strategy. Lisa has worked across a range of sectors including Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Energy and tech at organisations including Diageo, Expedia and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Lisa brings transformation expertise in how to build an organisation and culture that can scale for growth.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and a Master of Employment Law from the University of Sydney, Australia.
Pascal Gilbert-Jeantet
Pascal Gilbert-Jeantet is a Senior executive and business founder with 3 decades of experience in Health Information Technology specializing in the management of strategic growth initiatives in an international corporation. Pascal has previously held senior leadership positions at Cerner and Dedalus.
Pascal has long-standing international experience with HIT EMR project implementation focused on client value.
Pascal brings products to market by fostering cross-cultural collaboration to reach common objectives.
Clement Glinkowski
Global Commercial Director
Clement Glinkowski oversees the business development strategy for all MAK products, and is responsible for commercial success of MAK by driving sales, marketing and partnership activities to achieve the company growth and revenue goal.
Clement brings over 15 years business development experience in the Blood Transfusion and Biopharma sector.
Meriam Serhane
Global Client Experience Director
Meriam Serhane is responsible for the client experience at MAK-SYSTEM. Overseeing the end-to-end customer journey, Meriam is focused on creating a seamless experience and partnership approach with customers. She is passionate about bringing simplification and efficiency to how our customers operate.
Meriam brings over 14 years’ experience in health care technology across a range of technical, implementation and client facing roles. Meriam has a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Stéphane Sajot
After spending over 37 years in various executive positions at MAK-SYSTEM, Stéphane Sajot provides a strong asset and expertise regarding our customer needs and an in-depth business understanding that benefits our Product Design strategy. Stéphane has been instrumental in our project delivery and provides our ground for strong regulatory compliance.
Damjan Manchevski
Damjan Manchevski is the General Manager of MAK-SYSTEMS Innovation and Tech hub in Skopje, North Macedonia and Belgrade, Serbia. He is also responsible for the management of MAK-SYSTEMS Strategic Accounts and Partnerships.
Damjan was previously a Member of Parliament for the Republic of North Macedonia and a Minister of Information Society and Administration.
Before this Damjan worked in commercial and technology leadership roles in North Macedonia, in international companies from the automation, telecommunication and defence sectors.
Damjan holds a Bachelor of Electronics & Telecommunication from the University St Cyril and Methodious. He also has a Chevening Fellowship from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
